View source for User cannot connect to VNC

If a user cannot establish a connection to the VNC server at all, please check with them that they have suitable firewall ports open. For instance, connecting to VPS 08 would require port 5908 to be allowed outbound.

If the user can connect and gets a password prompt, but the VNC session closes straight after, or displays ''Pseudo encoding '''X''' not supported'', ask them to change their viewer settings to work with a Raw encoding only.
