* term=Months e.g. term=3
* ref=VPSName e.g. xen06.emohawk
* recur=Y/N e.g. recur=N

For new packages, set recur=N for the initial payment. Afterwards, we sort out recurring billing.

As an example, for a new customer wanting the ''Trio E'' package, paying just for one month (and thus incurring a setup charge), the payment URL could be:
