==Overview==

We try to keep it very simple. ''If it's obviously illegal, it's not allowed''.

==Not Allowed==

We never actively try to find content that's not allowed. Examples of things that are not allowed by law include:

* Child pornography
* Most commercial movies/TV programmes/music (where copyright exists and permission has not been given to redistribute)

If potential child pornography is spotted, Marc has an account with a USA governmental body that he can forward information to. They can then decide on the best course of action. Marc can also make a call if links are found even if the content is not directly hosted with GigaTux.

==Allowed==

Things that are certainly in a grey area, but we don't modify without a court order/DMCA include:

* Links to the content listed above, including magnet links
* Tutorials on anything, including how to crack software, find drugs etc.
* Programs designed to crack other software, unless they also directly infringe copyright
