After payment has been taken from the customer, you should receive a ticket under the Provisioning department. This is your cue to create the customer account on the DTC Control Panel and set up the service.

  1. Go to the Add a new user box on the main DTC admin page.
  2. Add the login name using something obvious from their company name or hostname if possible. If this is not, use their firstname followed immediately by their surname unless they request a specific username. Add a digit at the end if there are any conflicts.
  3. Set a password using the password provided in their WHMCS order if possible. DTC only allows alphanumerics, so if their WHMCS password includes special characters, generate one using the cog symbol to the right of the password box and replace the password recorded in WHMCS.
