Sale without payment

You get an email like this:

Thank you for your interest in Gigatux's VPS solutions. You have
shown interest in the following package:

   Package name: Uno E
            RAM: 128 MB
        Storage: 20 GB
  Data Transfer: 75 GB

   Linux Distro: Debian Etch
Additional Info: This is additional info

We will be in touch shortly to give you further details on how payment
will be taken and to provide your VPS account details. You should receive
a reply within the next two working days, except for rare cases where
demand may be exceptionally high.

1. Wait for at least 1 hour to see if you get a payment email from Google
2. If you don't, send an email similar to the GigaTux - Package Interest email in the Templates folder in webmail. See Payment URL for information on how to customise the URL in this email. To get further details of the package the customer ordered, log in to the phpMyAdmin console and look at the indivis table.
3. If the Linux Distro they ask for is not Debian or Centos, add the following to the email:

Please note that automatic reinstalls of <distro> are not presently
supported in the control panel software, but we can install this
for you free of charge initially. We do, however, recommend Debian or
Centos as a server operating system and these can be reinstalled
automatically.
