After payment has been taken from the customer, it is time to set him up on the DTC Control Panel.

Create the customer account

Go to the Customer Management button at the top and select New customer:
Fill in as many details as you can on this page and click save. You can ignore the Quota and Allowed data transfer boxes at the bottom.
Go to the Users Administration button at the top and select New virtual admin:
Add the login name using their firstname followed immediately by their surname unless they request a specific username. Add a digital at the end if there are any conflicts.
Set a password using the password provided in their database entry in the custpackage table using the phpMyAdmin console. If they have not set a suitable password (e.g. blank, too simple or invalid), generate one using the cog symbol to the right of the password box.
Go back to the Customer Management window, select the customer previously created and Add an administrator to this customer, selecting the username just created:
