Make sure IPv6 comes up automatically. If /etc/network/interfaces doesn't bring it up, this should be in /etc/init.d/xen

/sbin/ip -6 addr add 2001:1B40:5600:0280::2/56 dev xenbr0
/sbin/route -A inet6 add default gw 2001:1b40:5600:200::1
