About Turnkey Linux

Turnkey Linux refers to a wide selection of free, Ubuntu-based software appliances. These are primarily available for server-type usage scenarios, such as setting up database, web, forum, wiki and photo gallery servers. Each appliance is preconfigured to work out of the box, with ease of use being the primary goal behind the Turnkey Linux project.

With GigaTux, all Turnkey Linux appliances can be automatically deployed on your VPS in just by selecting the appropriate Turnkey Linux appliance from the control panel when reinstalling your operating system. This allows a fully configured appliance to be deployed in a matter of minutes.

Turnkey Linux SiT! Support Incident Tracker Appliance

This appliance installs SiT!, a Free Software/Open Source (GPL) web based application which uses PHP and MySQL for tracking technical support calls/emails (also commonly known as a 'Help Desk' or 'Support Ticket System'). Manage contacts, sites, technical support contracts and support incidents in one place. Send emails directly from SiT!, attach files and record every communication in the incident log. SiT is aware of Service Level Agreements and incidents are flagged if they stray outside of them.
